Financial Fitness & Yoga for Women

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Smith Barney Financial Advisor, Danielle Livellara, for a few years now and am always extremely impressed by her presence, speaking skills, personality, and innovative marketing ideas. One of my first jobs when I moved to Burlington was in marketing at an insurance company and it always amazed me with the level of difficulty most agents met innovative marketing ideas. Danielle would have put them all to shame!

Association marketing is such a valuable skill and tactic, especially in the financial industry as people are far more willing to trust a friend or someone in their circle of interests than anyone else - no matter how good they are! This is not only something Danielle understands, but does with the utmost sincerity and integrity.

I encourage everyone who wishes to learn more about creating financial balance in their life and interested in yoga to sign up for Danielle Financial Fitness & Yoga class this coming Friday, January 30th from 6:00 - 7:30 at the Burlington YMCA. The cost is free and the seminar is followed by yoga; light snacks will be served. And please - share with a friend!

6 out of 10 People in the US, Canada and Europe are Over weight, so losign weight has become the most important goal for many around the globe. If someone is a lazy slob who wants a 'magic pill' to give him a fabulous bpdy, that will always remain as a dream.
One should be willing and determined to in efforts over a period of time and only then they can get lasting results. I find a few programs quite interesting and effective, you can also check some programs here and rate them based on your experience. Well, If you have ever thought of writing some script to automate those things that you are doing many times a day, then you have a great and easy way to automate the entir e process. It comes without saying that a few imacros and firefox add-ons will automate all actions related to a browser (Mozilla). If you want to automate your system as such, then you will need another script, easy commands will automate your system. Even a beginner can automate things using a simple software called as sikuli all you need to do is to tell Sikuli what to do by giving some screenshots and easy commands.
A GUI will be used with Sikuli. Sikuli is an open siurce scripting application that will use a mix of straightforward commands like click, type, wait and so on. There's no internal API support, it just searches the screen for the image in the screenshot-which implies that you'll use it for anything. There's literally no limit on how you employ it to automate things.
This is too good to be true, however if you watch the following video, you'll come to know that this is often really easy. If you visit their home page, you get a lot of tutorials and support; it can be a cake walk even for beginners. You can check the video as well as get the software at
